Introduction
Weza Afrika Construction (Pty) Limited was formed in CY 2000 to exploit opportunities in the expanding Southern African infrastructure sector. Initially operating under the banner of it’s previous ownership, the company was acquired through a private equity deal in June 2013, with restructuring complete in May 2014. As part of its turnaround, the Company also successfully completed three further projects, and was rebranded as Weza Afrika Construction in October 2014.
